I had an absolutely amazing experience at Rainbow Modern Dentistry! I originally went in for a routine checkup and cleaning, as well as to replace my night guard and retainer (thanks to my amazing dog who decided they were a snack 😂). From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all, which was such a plus. Once I was taken back, the dental assistant was kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and also incredibly friendly. Dr. Clement was absolutely adorable — she has amazing bedside manner and made everything so easy. She even completed my treatment the same day, which I was not expecting, but was SO grateful for because I’m getting ready to go on a cruise. I had a small chip on my front tooth, and Dr. Clement took her time to match the color perfectly and sculpt it beautifully, all without any novocaine. It looks fantastic! I was also fitted for a new retainer and night guard using digital scanning technology (definitely more modern than what I’m used to). The dental assistant was training a new team member during this process and was so kind and patient with them. Even though the scan was a little rough since it was the trainee’s first time, they were so sweet and apologetic — and overall, it was still a very positive experience. My entire visit was top tier — honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, and that says a lot because I’m a “teeth person” and go regularly. I highly, highly recommend Rainbow Modern Dentistry!
